Couldn’t be happier with the results. Great attention to detail in both repair work and customer service. Rear replacement bumper cover replaced; perfect paint match. I had a small unrelated scratch on a side mirror which is a different paint color than the repair. Jim took the time to explain to me the best way to touch it up on my own. They also included a small container of paint for future touch ups. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing. I had extensive damage to my Lexus SUV and had it appraised in Cleveland, Ohio. Because of a time crunch I brought the car to Naples and to the Pineridge Coach Works. They gave me an estimate (nearly half what the Cleveland estimate was), got me a rental car and a week later my car was ready. The work was perfect. I highly recommend their company. Only place I would go if I have future problems.
Big Shout Out to Pine Ridge Coach Works for an OUTSTANDING job they did repairing my 2002 GMC Envoy. Even with the strike going on at GM, they got the parts and got my little truck back on the road again. Not only that….. They shined her up so she looked even better than before the accident. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.
We had 2 vehicles (car and truck) “repaired” at Pine Ridge Coach Works. Above and beyond our expectations. Not that I hope to ever need their services again, but if we do, they are our go to place for bodywork. After being rear ended and needing repair, we were so impressed, we had our truck made like new again. Very reasonable.
